About the service

The AEX website provides information about exchange rates at our branch (6 Klovskyi Descent, Kyiv) and lets you reserve a rate before your visit. The exchange itself takes place in person at the branch.

Exchange rates

Rates on the website are indicative and may change during the day. The final rate is confirmed by the operator upon reservation or directly at the branch.

Quotes come from the branch's own rates published on the Minfin currency auction.

Reservations

After you submit a request, the operator contacts you to confirm. The reserved rate is locked for 60 minutes from confirmation.

Reservations are free of charge and do not oblige you to complete the exchange.

Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the information up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service and are not liable for decisions made based on indicative rates.

Licensing

The exchange office operates under licence No. mf-105. Transactions are carried out in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, including financial monitoring requirements.
