Technical data: IP address, browser type and anonymised visit statistics — for security and improving the website.

How we use it

Solely to process your request: confirming the reservation, contacting you about the visit and locking the rate.

We do not use your contacts for marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Reservation data is only visible to the branch operator. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by the laws of Ukraine.

How long we keep it

Reservation data is kept no longer than necessary to serve the transaction and meet legal requirements.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data by calling the phone number listed on the website.
